• Risk Scoring and Manual Review – Reviews flagged as high risk are manually reviewed by a dedicated analyst team to ensure compliance with authenticity standards.
• Human and AI Moderation – A combination of artificial intelligence and human moderation ensures that all published reviews come from real customers with genuine experiences.

If a review is deemed inauthentic at any stage, it will be rejected, and the reviewer may be restricted from submitting future reviews.

Dispute Resolution: If a guest believes their review was removed unfairly, they can raise this with Disney Store, and a further investigation will be carried out.

Review Writing Guidelines

We want to publish your review, so please:

• Keep your review focused on the product.
• Avoid writing about customer service or shipping — contact us here instead if you have issues requiring immediate attention.
• Refrain from mentioning competitors or the specific price you paid for the product.
• Do not include any personally identifiable information, such as full names.

Review Collection Methods

We collect reviews through multiple channels to ensure a fair and comprehensive representation of customer experiences:

• Verified Reviews: Customers who make a purchase receive a Post-Interaction Email (PIE). As this request is sent to the email associated with the order, these reviews are marked as “Verified” to confirm that they come from genuine buyers.
• Organic Reviews: Customers can submit reviews directly via our website. While these reviews may not be linked to a purchase, they undergo the same authentication process to ensure credibility.
• Incentivised Reviews: If a review is based on an incentive, such as a free product or a promotional offer, it will be clearly labelled as “Incentivised” to maintain transparency.
